South Central Regional Library was first established in 1965 for the Morden-Winkler area, as a result of referendums in both towns.
We now boast five locations, serving over 44,000 patrons throughout the region. |

Our mission is to provide access to resources to meet the educational, cultural, informational, and leisure-time needs of citizens of all ages and backgrounds.
The library strives to foster a life long interest in reading. |

Start the Year Strong with the 2025 SCRL 50/50 Raffle!Join SCRL as we celebrate our 60th year! We're starting the celebration off with a 50/50 raffle to support our local libraries. The funds raised will go towards special projects throughout all 5 libraries within SCRL! Click below to learn more about these projects.
